Vogue was right! Michelle Obama is truly “The First Lady the World’s Been Waiting For” — and we didn’t even know it. In case you missed the report in today’s New York Times, the First Lady announced her newest role, Nutritionist in Chief, with a visit to a soup kitchen that serves only fresh food — nothing canned or processed — to the poor. Contrast that democratic attitude with that of Laura Bush, who insisted on organic food in the White House, but did nothing to promote the cause to the nation, and most certainly not the needy. Seriously, even if the President falls short on troop withdrawl and the budget and everything else he promised to fix, he should get major props for giving us such a smiley dynamo — and then he should graciously step aside and let his wife run the country.

Is this Diesel ad actually a hoax put out by the competition? Because this kid looks like a Hitler Youth. And while I’m sure white supremicists are kinda freakin’ out about Obama, I’m also pretty sure that’s neither the demographic of Diesel, nor of Cookie, where the ad appeared.

At long last! My bris dress! Not that I know the sex of what’s swimming inside me. But if I’ve got a boy, and I’ve got to go through the mother cruelty of throwing a party in honor of foreskin-cutting just eight days post-L&D, then I sure as shit deserve come-hither designer with ultra-easy access — for breastfeeding (up top) and for Mr. MILF (down below).
